Welcome to the lksctp Project! 

The Linux Kernel Stream Control Transmission Protocol (lksctp) project is an implementation of the Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) in the Linux kernel. The primary goal of this project is to provide user applications with a viable SCTP solution by incorporating features and functions defined in the following documents: In addition to the ongoing development effort, this project also aims to disseminate information about SCTP and to encourage deployment of SCTP in real user environments.

Latest release lksctp-2.6.22-1.0.7 is now available.

Our latest version, lksctp-2.6.22-1.0.7, installs and runs on Linux kernel 2.6.16. You can download the latest release on SourceForge and try it out. Detailed build and installation information can be found either in the README file in the downloaded source tree or in the User's Notes.
